These youth received this award for their 4-H involvement. The Salem Ruritan Club sponsored the award. The youth received a certificate signed by President Bill Clinton and a lapel pin. There was a wonderful program with keynote speaker John J. Davies III,giving a very inspirational message to the youth for their community involvement. Those' ^ Rappahannock County youth receiving this honor were left to right: Jeff Simeon, Jason Simeon, David Massie, Caroline Massie, Katie Giles, Andy Propst, Carly Day and Devin Day.
