The Rappahannock Loan Closet moved on Jan. 12 from the building on the Child Care and Learning Center grounds at Washington where they had been since 1987, to their new location in Sperryville.
They have moved into the building beside the Rappahannock Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, who donated the space.
The move was completed in a few hours with the help of the Rappahannock Lion's Club members. They provided man power and trucks.
The Loan Closet provides convalescent equipment free of charge to anyone in the county who is in need of such items. There are six volunteers available to contact if the equipment is needed. They
