Washington hopes for a quick end to its water crisis rest on Donald Turner's dowsing wands. The "water witch" from Front Royal found on Monday what he believes is a large underground cave filled with water. Tuesday the health department approved the well site indicated by Turner and Gen. Berry, owner of the property agreed to sell the town three quarters of an acre for $3,000. Well dnller Larry LeHew, also of Front Royal, will prove on Wednesday whether Turner's dowsing rods are right. Members of the civics class at Wakefield Country Day School at Huntly will attend the inauguration Jan. 20 of Ronald Regan in Washington, D.C. About a dozen juniors and seniors will leave Huntly on the 19th and spend the night in the city so they may arrive early to find good seats for viewing the inaugural ceremony.
