CONSULTING INSPECTION SERVICES

The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking Expressions of interest from consulting firms that wish to be considered for providing consultant inspection and associated engineering services for:

Project: Culpeper District-Wide Constructs inspection Contract consisting of providing construction inspection services for a period of three years under a fixed billable rate contract having a maxi-' mum limiting fee of $3 million.

Project work, during peak construction may_nqure the use of eight inspectors, three senior iVTfive regular inspectors. Tlrv '

In addition to being certified by the Department's certification schools, the inspection staff should also be certified by the Department of Conservation’ and Recreation, for Erosion and Sediment Inspector. The inspection staff should also have a wortdno knowledge of the Departments Construction Work-’ book Program (CWB) and the Department's specifications and standards drawings.
