Animal Welfare to

host meeting

The Rappahannock Animal Welfare League will host its annual meeting on Monday, Jan. 29 at 7 p.m. at the Rappahannock Library on US 211 near Washington. All are welcome. For more information call Sally Cunningham at 6363308.

Spring soccer

registration set

. Registration forms are now available at the Rappahannock Library, RCES, RCHS and on site. Registration will take place at RCES on Jan. 31 during parent teacher conferences and at RCHS from 4 to 8 p.m. on Jan. 27 and Feb. 3. If you are new to Rappahannock Soccer League, bring a copy of your birth certificate, this is required. Call the RSL registrar, Laura Dodd at 547-2968 for more information.

Winter Camp set

A 4-H Winter Camp for 4Her's with previous camping experience, ages 9-14, will be held at the Northern Virginia 4-H Educational Center in Front Royal, Feb. 9-11. Rappahannock will be camping with Culpeper and Shenandoah counties at this winter camp. The theme is "Camp Hollywood!" and the cost for this fabulous, fun weekend is only $63. Registration is due in the Rappahannock Extension Office by Jan. 26. If you are interested ih attending this "star studded" 4H camping program, contact the Extension Office at 675-3619 to request a registration package.

• Monday, Fab. 5 at 2 and 5 .pirn, the Rappahannock Board of Supervisors will meet at the Rappahannock County Courthouse.
