Urge legislators to keep
salaries competitive
Competition in hiring new educators and keeping good ones is a major issue for communities today.
Please contact our Virginia legislators and urge them to include in the state budget monies for localities to use to provide pay increases for teachers and support personnel. Small communities like ours need to stay competitive with the market but need funding support from the state.
