Headwaters' forum

on Effective Schools
Headwaters' first forum in the “Excellence in Education" series will discuss Effective Schools in Rappahannock County. The forum will be held on Dec. 6 at the Rappahannock High School at 7 p.m. The public is invited.
The forum will feature a presentation by Winchester City School Superintendent, Dennis Kellison, a renowned expert on Effective Schools.
Join Headwaters and other community members for an interesting evening exploring ways to make the Rappahannock County Schools work better.
Bring your questions and ideas. Child care will be provided by the Girl Scouts. Refreshments will be served.
Holiday Band
concert planned
The Holiday Band Concert featuring students in fifth through twelfth grades will be held in the RCHS auditorium on Thursday, Dec. 13 at 7 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
