Hearthstone School’s annual Holiday Bazaar will be held on Saturday, Dec. 8, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Trinity Episcopal Ghurch in Washington.
Featured items for sale will include handmade holiday centerpieces by Carolyn Beam; prayer-inspired jewelry by April Martin; fresh wreaths and greenery (ready-made or custom); Danny Finney’s handmade paper-mache painted rattles; felted wool hats and other items handmade by Marjie Gibson; framed silhouettes Greated on the spot; Jeanne Drevas’ pottery; Dick Harris’ handmade exotic-hardwood cutting boards; handblown glass by Jenson Kvarnes; handmade jewelry by Wendy Serat; a children’s table where kids can make gifts for others; handmade ornaments; imported children’s toys from Another Dimension; toys and books from the Hearthsong catalogue; Native American crafts by Carolyn Dooley; Hearthstone School calendars; Tidal Wave of Song CDs and t-shirts; student-made crafts including beeswax candles, cards, soap, stamps, homemade natural furniture polish, local wildflower honey, herbal tea bags, and other items; baked goods, food, hot chocolate, and drinks.
There will be a silent auction featuring a gourmet dinner for eight cooked in your home by Master Chef Greg Scott. There will also be a giftwrapping table with hand-decorated wrapping paper.
