Due to lack of participation on the part of the Amissville area, the Ruritan Christmas Decorating Contest has been canceled.
The Amissville Baptist Church will have the Christmas Cantata on Dec. 16 at the 11 a.m. service. This year’s cantata is entitled, “Light of the World.”
The adult choir will be joined by the Rejoicers Choir to present this delightful work by Gospel Hall of Fame writer Moise Lister.
