The Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community Library Series on Jan. 10 will feature the work of photographer Anne Keiser, whose recently released book, Sir Edmund, Hillary and the People of Everest, celebrates the 50th anniversary of the climbing to the summit of the world’s highest mountain.
