The team dropped matches to Prospect Heights, Louisa, Floyd T. Binns and Culpeper Middle School. The team will return to action on Jan. 4 at home at 10 a.m.
The Varsity Boys’ Basketball team dropped three decisions on the week. Losses to Stonewall Jackson, Page County and Manassas Park dropped the team record to 0-4 on the season.
The loss to Manassas Park, by a 75-37 score, ended the pre-holiday schedule for the Panthers. Kerry Grigsby paced the team in scoring against the much taller and athletic Cougars. The team faced off on Dec. 27 in the Page Holiday Classic. Results will be published in next week’s issue.
Girls’ Volleyball
The JV Girls’ Volleyball team split two matches dropping a 2-0 decision to Page County but defeating Stonewall Jackson 2-0. The JV girls are 2-2 on the season and next play George Mason on Jan. 3 at home at 6:30 p.m.
