For a fun-filled afternoon, bring the entire family to the International Festival on Sunday, April 27 at Rappahannock County High Sehool from 12 noon to 4 p.m.
Admission is free.
Food with an international flavor will be on sale at the festival, which is sponsored by Headwaters, the Rappahannock County Public Education Foundation.
Throughout the afternoon there will be performances by belly dancers, a Chinese musician, West African drummers, and the Blue Ridge Irish Music School. There will also be live Cuban/Brazilian music.
Children and parents can buy reasonably priced treasures from far off lands. Costumed presenters will talk about their countries.
In the event of rain, the Festival will move into the school commons area.
