And as it stands now, President Bush suggests the implementation of another dictator who is a U. S. ally to take the place of Saddam Hussein. This action brings Iraq no closer to democracy. What it does insure is that the government is allied with the U. S., an aspect of this takeover that further concerns and threatens the freedom of Iraqi citizens.
Not until Iraq is operating under its own governmental system, chosen and implemented by the Iraqi people, will the coalition forces be able to claim victory. Looting and violence
