On this Fourth of July, consider how important your generation might be on the future of our world. You are part of the many families that make up this generation, yet each of us must understand and accept the belief in God’s guidance that has made this nation strong. If one generation’s faith falters then our freedom falters, for our country was founded on the freedom for which we fight even now, not only abroad, but also here at home.
As attention is focused on the threat of biological and nuclear warfare, it has become even more urgent for each of us to build up our spiritual strength. This will enable us to wage the perpetual war on those who fight against faith and freedom. As we read in 1 Timothy 6:12..."fight the good fight of the faith”.
