PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15 2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday. August 4. 2003 at 7:00 PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
