Rappahannock schools ranked highest in the state in attendance for elementary and middle school students in the results of the Outcome Accountability Project for the 199192 school year. However, the schools ranked below the state average in attendance for special education students and for high school students.
To honor and in celebration of their parents 50th wedding anniversary, the Snead children and their spouses spent last weekend with their parents, Rayner and Lois Snead at Wintergreen.
Those attending were Rayner and Molly Snead of Lynchburg, Dana Adamson of Front Royal, Sam and Wanda Snead of Washington, Bill Snead of Denver, Colorado and Rob and Libby Hewitt of Afton.
