CASA Supervisor - Year Round

Three (30 hr/wk) year-round positions available with the Children’s After School Activities (CASA) program. Locations are Countryside Elementary School in Sterling, Mountain View Elementary School in Purcellville and Reid Elementary School in Leesburg. Scheduled hours are 2:00 - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, plus time for planning, preparation, and meetings according to the school calendar. Summer hours are to be determined, but will fall between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Duties include supervision, organization, and management of after school and summer programs for school aged children. Staff supervision also included. Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a BA in Elementary Education or related field and at least six months experience supervising children during recreational or educational activities. One year programmatic experience preferred. (Hiring Range: $14.33 - $18.63/hr). Ref #03-340.
