I have lived on this same
property (a mile down Route 231) nearly 20 years. I had seen bear but never so close and in my yard.
Summer of 2001 we had a huge one eating tat food at our back glass sliding doors. He was at least 500 pounds and came back several nights.We stopped leaving cat food outside.
