program This program, which has been used for placement in Rappahannock in the past, is designed for individuals who are moving from a career in another field to a career in education.
Chappell says that a wide pool of applicants is vital to finding the right people^ which is in his opinion, the key to successful education.
“The critical piece to providing the best possible schools, is putting the best possible people in the positions. It’s the people that provide the best possible education for our kids, not the facilities."
Chappell is confident that he and his staff will be able to find these individuals before the start of school.
