The sheriff is scheduled to speak at next month's Tbwn Council hearing on Aug. 13 and residents will have the opportunity to ask questions and hear the sheriff s ideas on the issue, according to Mayor Gene Leggett.
In the letter to VDOT, Sheriff Sherertz said that the speeding locations "of perceived severity' are:
• Route 628 Fodderstack Road between Jones Lane (private) and the four-way stop adjacent to the Inn at Little Washington and the Post Office.
"The greater number of complaints are generated in the section between the VDOT lot and the stop signs,' wrote the sheriff.
• Route 211/522 Business (Main Street) between Baldwin’s Grocery and the four-way stop at the Inn And
