Lander suggested adherence to the pending lighting ordinance; the use of pervious pavement instead of normal asphalt; the creation of semi-public walkways linking adjacent properties; and the use of a “rain garden” instead of a retention pond.
When Chairman Tom Junk asked Planning Commission' members for their comments. Jennifer Matthews, representing the county’s Board of Zoning Appeals, asked about lighting and was assured by the applicant that the roof overhang would provide down shielding.
