In a short meeting last week the Architectural Review Board (ARB) unanimously approved the addition of a bath to a private residence. The bath will be constructed on the second floor of The Meadows on Porter Street. The building is the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Barton. Mr. Barton, a member of the ARB, did not vote on the issue.
