Fall 2002 Open House and the spring Country Festival, brought a terrific response from the community—and some great new c*nnections.
Now comes word that otr June carnival, the one with ankle-sucking mud and constant downpours, did as well, and possibly better, than previous, more favorable years.
Many members of the community contributed to thet success:
• Nancy Jones outdid herself this year in truck raffle ticket sales and brought those sales in earlier than ever. She’s the fine-looking woman featured in an earlier photo promoting the raffle;
• Kathleen Lee patiently handled the ruts and havoc on her adjacent property, which she generously offers as a parking area each year. We’ll make it
