Qualifications: Associates Degree in HVAC or equivalent HVAC certification preferred Minimum two years related experience
Duties include: Provide services to both the county government complex and public schools
Responsible for repairs, preventive maintenance, overhauls, and start-ups of HVAC systems, utilizing knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts.
Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems, responsible for other non-major repairs including, but not limited to, electrical and plumbing.
Salary and Fringe Benefits :Salary will be based on training, certifications and experience. Fringe benefits include paid vacation: plus paid premiums for Anthem health insurance, Virginia Retirement System and Life Insurance.
