idea for a formal dinner prepared and served by the students, paired with wines from local wineries and set at the breathtaking Oasis Winery.

Amy Silver provided the much needed marketing and administrative and general coordination necessary to make this event a success. Veronika Benson provided the bookkeeping support, despite working and pursuing a master’s degree, and Chef Jeff Benson, contributed culinary advice and ran the kitchen and directed the student chefs who created delicious and beautiful food.

Bonnie Richards coordinated logistics for the event and the tying up of many loose ends, as well as helping me maintain my sanity throughout the months of planning. This small group proved that quality, not quantity is what really matters.
