reception. Ms. Edward’s and Mr. Schlosser’s classes assisted with many last minute requests that added to the important details of this dinner. And, of course, the administration allowed us to go forward with this project and supported our efforts along the way. It is inspiring to work as part of a faculty that is so supportive of each other’s projects and students.
The most important contributors to this dinner remain the students in my Culinary Arts classes. They continue to amaze me with their dedication and abilities under pressure. More than 70 percent of my students worked this amazing event and it could not have happened without them. I am proud to be their teacher and look forward to continued successes with them.
