Supply kits
Rappahannock County Elementary School students assembled 36 school supply kits from donations on D.A.R.E. Day and had them shipped to children in Iraq for free through a program called Heart to Heart." They were hand-delivered by service men and women to children in a program called Operation Iraq Children.” From left are Ben Vickers, Carolyn Vickers, Connor Forrest, Zack Wayland, Beth Pratt, Taylor Light, Allie Dore, Gavin Forrest and Davey Torrance.
