Incumbent will assist in the development, issuance and coordination of the Request for Proposal process for health and other benefit plans, including participation in contract negotiations, preparations of contract documents, development of communication materials/ plan documents and assisting with implementation of approved recommendations. In-depth technical knowledge of benefit plan design and regulations. Education and experience equivalent to a BA in business or related and three years benefits or related experience.
