The Comprehensive Plan has for the first time included beautiful aerial photographs and full-colored maps of key areas and each village and the Tbwn of Washington are introduced by lithographs prepared by Thomas Tepper, the vice chairman of the commission. Tepper is an artist and architect in private life.
