Yoga classes
For those who aspire to flexibility and serenity, Winter Yoga will begin the week of Jan. 3 (until April 10) at Belle Meade Schoolhouse on Route 231 in Sperryville. Please notice that jj will be teaching a new Friday class, instead of Monday. Monday, 10:30 a.m.-12 noon (Mary/Janice): Wednesday, 5:45-7:15 p.m. (Mary/Janice); Friday, 10:30 am.-12 p.m. (jj/ Mary).
