She is also the chief of the Rappahannock County Fire and Rescue Association.
With all the responsibility she has with fire and rescue, she can still be seen at athletic events held at home and away, snapping photos. Some of those photos find their way into the Rappahannock News, the rest go on the walls.
“She loves what she does,” said her mother, Anna Spieker. “She loves the kids, running races, sports and the fire department.”
