All fees charged are used to cover the costs of maintaining the fitness equipment and to pay fitness staff.
Burke is pleased that the community has “top-notch” equipment available at a fraction of the cost that is generally charged by fitness centers. “The difference between us and them is that our goal is to promote fitness in the community while theirs is to make a profit,” said Burke.
