Denise “Potsy” Louise Freeman, 51, of Warrenton, formerly of Washington, Va., died Jan. 28 at Fauquier Hospital.
She was a daughter of the late Jack and Margaret Freeman. Two brothers, Charles and Leroy Freeman, and one sister, Catherine Ann Freeman, also preceded her in death.
Mrs. Freeman is survived by two sons, Godfrey Allen Freeman of Clarkesville, Term., and Larry Edison Freeman of Front Royal; one daughter, Lisa Ann Freeman of Warrenton; and seven grandchildren.
Addition survivors include one brother, Glenn Allen Freeman of Warrenton, and three sisters, Marion E. Jett of Front Royal, Theresa E. Freeman of Front Royal, and Irene Haley of Markham.
Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 2, at W.C. Thompson Funeral Home, 503 North Main St., Culpeper, and noon Friday, Feb. 3, at First Baptist Church, Washington, Va., followed by the funeral service at 1 p.m. Interment will be at the Odd Fellows Cemetery, Washington, Va.
Lewis K. Brown

Lewis Kelly Brown, 91, of Baltimore, Md. died Jan. 5 in the University of Maryland Medical Center.
He was born December 15, 1914 in Sperryville, son of the late Luther Warfield Brown and Nellie Woodard Brown.
Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his wife, Iris, four sisters and two brothers.
