The Biennial Reorganization meeting of the Rappahannock County Democratic Committee (RCDC) took place on January 7th at the Washington Town Hall. Every two years, Virginia Democratic Committees hold a caucus to enlist/reenlist their members and elect officers for the following two years. The caucus was preceded by a breakfast social hour.
