Richmond police charged two Arlington men with conspiracy to commit murder and murder. Seven people — five adults and two children — were killed in two separate incidents on Jan. 1 and Jan. 6. In one case, the house had been set on fire. All the victims were bound with tape and their throats slit. Sheriff Hart said investigators are following up leads and conducting interviews.
“We are moving stronger than we were in the beginning,” he said. “We have not let up, we will not let up.”
