Harman to conduct saddle-fit clinic
Dr. Joyce Harman of Flint Hill will conduct a saddle fitting clinic March 20-23 at Toad Hollow Farm in Charlottesville. Harman, a holistic veterinarian, wrote the book “The Horse’s Pain-Free Back and Saddle Fitting.”

Clifton Horse Society events planned
The Clifton Horse Society will host a grooming clinic March 29 at a stable in Fairfax. Instruction begins at 10 a.m., with lectures on grooming, clipping and braiding. The cost is $15.
CHS will also host its annual “Bluebell ride” April 12 at the Bull Run Regional Park in Centreville. The ride begins at 10:30 a.m. and will last about two hours. A picnic lunch follows trie ride. Details on any CHS event are available by calling (703) 250-6188.
Endurance seminar next week
The Old Dominion Endurance Rides Inc. will host a “Going the Distance” seminar March 9 at the Blueberry Hill Commonhouse in Vienna.
