Miss Tamara LeAnn Estes celebrated her 13th birthday Saturday afternoon, Feb. 16 with a skating party at Mac’s Roller Rink in Front Royal. Tamara enjoyed her birthday with family and friends and appreciates all her gifts and especially thanks all her family and friends for sharing this special day with her.
