Club 14 and under tennis tournament last weekend. Hannah advanced to the finals with a hard-fought three-set victory that went to a tiebreaker in her opening match and then won by 6-4 in her semi-final. Hannah lost in the finals to a young lady ranked 86th in the mid-Atlantic region. Little owls take to the slopes
This past week Wakefield Country Day School extended its physical education program to the ski slopes. Second-, third-, fourth- and fifth-grade students traveled to Massanutten, where they received ski lessons and spent some time trying out their skills on the snow.
