tiated an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) class with 21 students from the county including 11 who have joined the SVRS. These students will ultimately attend 110 hours of class and take an exam on June 12. We will also plan to offer an Emergency Vehicle Operator Course (EVOC) next month.
Our recruitment plan is ongoing and county residents and members of other county rescue and fire squads are invited to take advantage of our programs.
