~piose of us living in rural 1 areas have one thing in common — we’re drawn to tra dition and simpler times.
As a result we seek connections with the past in our lives and in our homes. Whether we choose to live in an 18th-century manor, a simple farmhouse or a modem home built around majestic mountain views, connecting it to our surroundings and the history of our beautiful county is high on our lists.
The most common design style for our community is Traditional. Traditional homes build around the styles of the past. But don’t be fooled: tradi tional style is not boring, old looks. It’s all about classic style, using the ageless forms and building a design upon them using the colors and fabrics of today.
