WhtMi Rappahannock National Bank offered recently to match employee donations to a local cause, hank employees chose the Emily Jane Hilscher Passion Award as their charity. The hank and its employees donated a total of !f>1.240 to the Award fund, established by the family of Emily Hilscher to encourage local young people to follow their dreams.
