Spring brings a resumption of the Guest Chef series at IVllegatta’s Eatery; beginning on Monday, May 5, at 6 p.m. Paul Harris will bring his slow cooked Jamaican food to the table for your enjoyment. You will eryoy Jerk Chicken, Curried Chicken, Coconut Rice with Beans and Fried Plantains. Let’s hope for a warm night so we can all sit on the deck by the river. Otherwise plan for takeout dinner.
