Thornton Gap Primitive Baptist Church, Sperryville, will resume their Tuesday night hytnn singing, beginning on Tuesday evening May 6 at 6 p.in. Everyone is invited. Meetings are informal and singing is for one hour with refreshments served after.
There will be an Old Fashioned Sunday afternoon cover dish at 3 p.m., on May 18 at the Reager School, beside the church in Huntly. Special music and hymn sing. A benefit for the restoration of Willis Chapel United Methodist Church. Donations are appreciated. On Thursday, March 28, the inside of the church was destroyed by a furnace explosion. The congregation thanks God everyday that the building did not bum. They have mqjor clean up. Service Master has worked everyday since the first of April.
