The Flint Hill United Methodist Church Relay for Life team is hosting a benefit breakfast to raise fundi? for the American Cancer Society, Saturday, May 3, starting at 8 a.m. at the Flint Hill Fire Hall. The church has a reputation for putting out a fabulous country style breakfast, so you don’t want to miss this one. Rumor has it that the donut making pastor will be on site offering fresh-fromthe-fryer donuts with vanilla or maple glaze.
At the same time and the same place, you will have an opportunity to support. the Rappahannock County Park by purchasing T-shirts, available in four colors, and stainless steel mugs, $10 each.
Here’s a friendly reminder to children everywhere - Mother’s Day is May It. It is also Pentecost, so before you take Mom out for lunch, don something red and go to church with her. That will make her day!
