some. I do not think anyone could argue that it has not enhanced property value;* in an around the Town of Washington, Virginia.
We should all start to think ‘outside the box’* for ways that will help keep our county special. Some concerned citisens feel this conference center could lead to the end of Rappahannock as we know it. Quite the contrary. I feel it would help the Fletchers (Bill and his children) continue to maintain this large tract of land in one piece largely open and unspoiled.
