Domestic assault
A woman walked into the Rappahannock County Sheriff's Office on April 22 to report a domestic assault.
According to the sheriff*s report. 46-year-old Timothy Spring, of Washington. verbally threatened the victim, took her keys and disabled a house phone to prevent her from contacting authorities.
Spring was charged with assault and battery and destruction of a phone line. Soda machine theft
