The current economy has many Americans holding onto their pocketbooks a little tighter and that’s making many business owners a little nervous. But not Bradford “Brad” Barnes who opened his business this past December at 360 Gay Street, Washington, in the building where Donald Chandler, architect, had his business.
The building is owned by Dr. Jerry Martin.
