Feb. 25: Meeting

The regular meeting of the Rappahannock-Rapidan Regional Commission will be held Wednesday, Feb. 25, at 1 p.m. at the RappahannockRapidan Regional Commission Offices, 420 Southridge Parkway, Suite 106, Culpeper.

Feb. 28: Training

Hospice of the Rapidan has scheduled its next training program for volunteers on Feb. 28. This comprehensive program for people interested in volunteering with patients and their caregivers consists of a total of 21 hours in four Saturday sessions. Training will take place at Hospice’s offices, 1200 Sunset Lane, Culpeper beginning Saturday, Feb. 28 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. No prior experience is required and the program is free. Patient families live in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock counties. Contact Ruth Pavlik, Director of Volunteer ^Services, at 540-825-4840 to sign up prior to the beginning of class.
