Music winners
Kelsa Mae Settle, 13, left, won the vocal division and Heidi Marie Rechin, 16, won the instrumental division playing a trumpet in the annual James Bland Music Competition Sunday sponsored by the Rappahannock County Lions Club. The two RCHS students are among 15 students who competed. Kelsa is the daughter of Bubby and Tamara Settle of Flint Hill. Heidi is the daughter of Jeff and Ann Rechin of Amissville. The two winners will now compete in the regional contest.
