“ The young man wrestled 55 matches this season, missing five due to illness. In the coaches’ opinion, this grueling schedule and our strenuous conditioning program (he averaged 10-15 miles per week) for a 265pound young man this is what helped prepare him for a run at the state title.
“I hope that our younger wrestlers see what dedication that Jeremy put himself through this season,” said Harris, “and use that to help prepare them for next year.”
